Your order will be confirmed once full payment is received. Please ensure your payment goes through correctly. If there is any issue, we will contact you.
Production/ Processing time:
We begin preparing your order immediately after payment clears. Please allow 15 Calendar days for your item(s) to be produce/made ready.
Order Status update:
Within one business day of payment, you will recieve an email confirming your order and payment.
Around 7-10 days we will send a mid- status update to let you know the progress.
Once your order is ready ( day15), we will send you a “ready shipment/ pick up” notification.
Shipping/Pickup:
After your order is ready, we will ship it to the address you provided. Shipping time will depend on your location, usual transit time will apply. If you prefer pickup, let us know and we will provide pickup instruction.
Delays & communication:
If for any reason we anticipate a delay beyond the 15-day window, we will notify you as soon as possible with the new estimated date. We always strive to stay on schedule, but unforeseen issues ( material delays, production issues, etc.) can sometimes arise.
Cancellations/ Changes:
If you need to cancel your pre-order within the production period before or during the 15- day please contact us immediately. Cancellation fees may apply if production has already started.
If you want to change details (color, shipping address, etc.) let us know as soon as possible_ ideally before day 2 of the production period.
Returns/ Exchange:
Since each item is individually personalized based on your request, all sales are final. We cannot offer exchange or refunds for personalized items. Please check the item right away for any defects.
